PayJoy, a mission-driven credit provider, is seeking a Growth Manager in Taguig to lead high-impact growth programs. You will strengthen field execution, scale the Hero Merchant program, and drive rapid merchant-network expansion across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
• 5+ years in sales strategy, revenue programs, BizOps, growth, or field execution roles.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs, funnels, and CRM experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Structured problem solver who diagnoses bottlenecks and builds repeatable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across field and central teams.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, energized by dynamic environments.
• Comfortable engaging with frontline merchants and sales realities.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen field execution and selling systems, including Zoho adoption and planning.
• Design and scale the Hero Merchant program with high-value merchants.
• Build merchant network expansion engine for geographic growth and throughput.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Marketing and Ops teams to improve originations.
• Analyze performance to identify bottlenecks and launch productivity programs.
• Create scalable playbooks, cadences, and SOPs for repeatable growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to move initiatives from strategy to field adoption.
• Champion continuous improvement in merchant productivity and sales discipline.
