Job summary

PayJoy is expanding its sales team in Cebu City to drive merchant partnerships and store activations. The role involves direct field work, training retail staff, and implementing incentive campaigns to boost platform adoption.

You will engage with partner retailers, train sales teams, and monitor performance to meet monthly targets while ensuring compliance and productive collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, mobile devices or Field in telecommunications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and cover assigned areas with personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and store activation targets by increasing merchant productivity.
• Develop relationships with merchants to maintain healthy accounts and conversions.
• Visit stores to train sales teams, promote materials, and activate campaigns.
• Identify new partners and onboard them after validation.
• Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports for management.
