Sprout Solutions is reimagining B2B marketing leadership for AI-enabled growth. We seek an Associate Director to own MarCom outcomes, turning inbound demand into qualified opportunities and pipeline, with hands-on leadership across paid media and integrated channels.

You’ll orchestrate AI agents, automation, and modern MarTech to scale demand generation, optimize campaigns, and drive commercial impact while developing a high-performance, AI-fluent marketing team.

Formación

• 8–12+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, performance or integrated marketing
• 4–5+ years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams
• Strong command of paid search and paid social and campaign optimization
• Deep understanding of inbound lead → MQL → SQL → pipeline economics and analytics

Responsabilidades

• Own the inbound growth engine from lead to pipeline and revenue.
• Lead paid media strategy across search, social, retargeting and other channels.
• Build and optimize an AI-enabled marketing operating model with automation and agents.
• Drive integrated demand across SEO/AEO, content, web, events, and product marketing.
• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary MarCom team to be more strategic and AI-enabled
