Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or marketing.
• 4–5 years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Hands-on command of paid search and paid social.
• Deep understanding of TOFIL inbound to pipeline economics.
• Experience using AI agents and modern marketing tech to scale execution.
• Ability to architect and manage a marketing technology + agent stack.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound demand funnel from TOFIL to pipeline with targets for volume, quality, and velocity.
• Lead paid media strategy across paid search, paid social, retargeting and related channels.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate ICPs and GTM into integrated programmes across channels.
• Build MarCom's AI-enabled operating system and scalable workflows.
• Scale execution capabilities with automated content, web, and landing-page production.
• Own the MarCom technology stack, governance, and adoption of AI agents and automation.
• Establish performance rhythms to monitor demand sources, conversions, and pipeline outcomes.
• Lead and develop Demand Gen, SEO/AEO, Web, Content, Social, and Events teams.
