Sprout Solutions Phil. is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to drive SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Growth Team to implement a fully integrated digital strategy for the company. Responsibilities include developing campaigns, tracking metrics, optimizing user funnels, and coordinating with departments, agencies, and freelancers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience or similar roles.
• Crisp English writing skills.
• Social media savvy with familiarity across major networks.
• Solid SEO knowledge and willingness to learn more.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools.
• Blogging is a plus; Photoshop/design ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing and Content Marketing.
• Brainstorm growth strategies and coordinate with departments, agencies and vendors.
• Identify trends, optimize funnels and conduct competitive market research.
• Instrument conversion points and maintain weekly performance reports.
• Develop email campaigns, track metrics and manage mail campaigns.
• Oversee website content, analytics and ongoing improvements.
