Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcer, seeks an experienced Operations Director to own performance across multiple programs and ensure exceptional client outcomes. You will partner with Client Partners, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams in a hands-on, client-facing leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BPO/CX/back-office ops with a strong senior leadership background.
• Proven track record managing multiple programs, accounts, or lines of business in a senior capacity.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using data to drive outcomes.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing operations leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of multiple programs and ensure SLAs and contracts are met.
• Partner with Client Partners to align delivery with client expectations.
• Serve as a trusted operational point of contact for clients with a customer-first mindset.
• Anticipate client needs and risks, shaping improvements before gaps appear.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations leaders and teams for high performance.
• Resolve complex operational challenges with timely follow-through.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Workforce Management, Quality, and IT to improve program performance.
• Prepare and present operational reviews and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
