Acquire Intelligence is seeking an experienced Operations Director to own performance and delivery across multiple programs, collaborating with Client Partners to meet contractual commitments. Qualifications

• 10+ years in BPO/CX or back-office operations with senior leadership.
• Proven track record managing multiple programs or accounts.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and delivery across multiple programs with SLA adherence.
• Maintain strong client relationships and align delivery with expectations.
• Act as trusted client contact, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Identify risks early and drive service improvements proactively.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations leaders and teams.
• Resolve complex operational challenges with timely follow-through.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, WFM, Quality, IT to boost performance.
• Prepare and present reviews and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
