Job summary

GainStrong is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth through market research, campaign planning, and lead generation across multiple channels. You will analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities and craft tailored solutions.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team to execute pricing strategies and assess campaign

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management or any business-related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analytics, and presentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional etiquette and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and customer surveys to identify opportunities and trends.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor data, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns to reach the target audience (clients).
• Utilize traditional and digital strategies and organize attend events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
