Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, GEO and content marketing.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Own the overall marketing roadmap across multiple brands and service lines.
• Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build and optimize lead generation campaigns targeting B2B decision makers.
• Generate MQLs through digital marketing, content, SEO, paid media, outbound initiatives, and events.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other paid channels.
• Lead GEO/AEO initiatives and manage on-page/off-page SEO efforts.
• Oversee content creation and brand messaging across channels.
• Manage designers, editors, and external vendors; ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve MQL handoffs and pipeline performance.
• Track KPIs: website traffic, MQLs, CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline, revenue.
