Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional marketing experience in management or senior roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate data into actions.
• Excellent project management capabilities with multiple campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms and analytics software.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication across senior stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with team motivation and development.
• Solid understanding of consumer behaviour, segmentation, and brand positioning.
• Experience in food, beverage, or agricultural industry is desirable.
• Creative yet practical, results-oriented problem solving.
