SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking a data-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across digital channels, marketing automation, and ABM initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize websites, measure ROI, and collaborate with sales to align programs with revenue objectives. 8+ years of B2B marketing, HubSpot proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation focus.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience including campaigns, automation, and analytics.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce for campaign management and reporting.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across email, web, paid media, social and content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with growth and revenue objectives.
• Create multi-channel campaigns across email, content, digital, and ABM initiatives.
• Develop annual and quarterly campaign plans with KPIs and optimization.
• Partner with sales to align marketing with pipeline goals and revenue priorities.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution using HubSpot and other platforms.
• Develop nurture programs, emails, workflows, and audience segmentation.
• Oversee website performance, content updates, and conversion optimization.
• Lead SEO, SEM, and AEO strategies to improve visibility and lead generation.
• Measure performance and build dashboards to communicate results.
