Sert Technology Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Supervisor to join our General Trias City team in Cavite. This full-time role bridges sales and marketing to drive growth, brand visibility and client satisfaction.

You will supervise the sales team, implement strategies, and coordinate campaigns with marketing while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. A strong track record in sales leadership and CRM usage is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales management or a supervisory role within a sales and marketing environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing principles.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and performance management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to create integrated campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management with recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and handle key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches and marketing initiatives to support sales.
