Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Pasig City, Metro Manila. The role leads a team of sales representatives to meet targets, analyze performance, and drive growth while upholding customer service standards.

You will train, coach, and develop staff, report to senior management, and collaborate across departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and customers remain satisfied.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in sales management systems and MS Office.
• Understanding of Metro Manila market and customer behavior.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily activities of sales representatives to ensure targets and objectives are met
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive improvement
• Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge of sales staff
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, forecasts and performance data for submission to senior management
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and development of new sales team members
• Maintain customer relationships and handle escalated customer enquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures and ethical sales practices
• Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and promotional activities
