Job summary

Sert Technology Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and close deals through consultative selling and excellent service.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long‑term growth with clients across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in technology or IT solutions sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to understand client requirements.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals while maintaining margins.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and implementation.
• Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for onboarding and retention.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
