Job summary

Armada Brands, a DTC nutrition-focused startup in Makati, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist. The role drives paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to hit GMV and ROAS targets. You will build on our Meta playbook and lead a growing performance marketing team.

You will optimize campaigns through structured experiments, improve attribution, and stay ahead of platform changes to sustain growth in a hybrid office setting in Makati.

Qualifications

• University degree required; solid background in digital marketing for ecommerce

Responsibilities

• Own and drive paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other channels to hit GMV and ROAS targets
• Build on and maintain our Meta advertising playbook, extending this approach to other channels
• Manage and train the performance marketing team
• Improve CTR and conversion rates through structured experimentation — audience targeting, creative testing, and process improvements
• Oversee daily media buying operations, ensuring efficient budget allocation across campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-performing ad creatives, testing new formats and messaging
• Improve attribution tracking and analytics for accurate campaign measurement
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies proactively
