Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce marketplace advertising platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, track, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
• Manage and expand sponsored advertising initiatives, including Search and Discovery Ads, on Lazada and Shopee to drive marketplace revenue and visibility.
• Design, implement, and refine automated email marketing workflows, including welcome journeys, cart recovery campaigns, and customer re-engagement programs.
• Monitor and maintain campaign performance data, including spend, impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and ROAS.
• Allocate and adjust advertising budgets across channels to improve efficiency, capitalize on high-performing campaigns, and reduce acquisition costs.
• Deliver data-backed insights on messaging, formats, and creative approaches that drive stronger engagement and conversion results.
