Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in a senior sales/commercial or general management role, ideally within printing, packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and business growth/expansion.
• Experience in vendor management and capital equipment procurement.
• Strong people leadership — coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
