The role focuses on production planning, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to meet targets and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing operations, strong leadership, and expertise in ERP systems and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management in manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in production planning, inventory control, and process optimization.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily plant operations, including production, inventory, and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste or downtime.
• Coordinate with QA to maintain high product standards and address quality concerns.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams; conduct performance evaluations and staff training.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and risk assessments.
