Elev8 Holdings, Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead strategy and own P&L across B2B, government and eCommerce channels.

You will drive profitable growth with disciplined go-to-market execution, governance over tenders and pricing, and cross-functional leadership to deliver service excellence and sustainable competitiveness. The role requires 12–15+ years in leadership across B2B/B2G/B2eC, strong financial acumen, and experience in omni-channel and procurement governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of leadership experience across B2B, B2G, and B2eC.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in P&L management and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Alignment: Lead growth strategy and market positioning.
• Align business units with enterprise priorities.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear KPIs.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and sustainability.
• Revenue & Performance Management: Own revenue and profitability targets.
• Align and integrate revenue drivers across departments.
• Optimize revenue streams and cost efficiency.
• Government Contracts (B2G): Oversee tender governance and compliance.
• Manage full contract lifecycle.
• Mitigate public-sector risks and ensure service delivery.
• Commercial & Key Accounts (B2B): Define segmentation and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead major negotiations and pricing governance.
• Manage partners/distributors and account profitability.
• Omnichannel & Digital (B2eC): Drive e-commerce strategy and targets.
• Ensure platform compliance and operational readiness.
• Oversee customer experience and omnichannel alignment.
• Supply Chain & Operations: Lead S&OP to align demand and supply.
• Improve service levels and inventory management.
• Optimize logistics and cost-to-serve.
• Procurement Governance: Ensure compliance with procurement laws and policies.
• Drive adoption of digital procurement (PhilGEPS).
