Job summary

CNT Promo & Ads Specialist, Inc. is looking for an E-commerce & Marketing Manager to own monthly GMV targets across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada and lead a 5–8 person team. You will report weekly to the Marketing Executive with clear, data-driven insights and action plans.

You will manage listings, pricing, promotions, affiliate programs, and paid campaigns, while driving live selling and content output to scale the brand. Strong collaboration across functions is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing an e-commerce Cosmetic/Beauty & Skincare brand on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada
• Proven track record in growing GMV and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable ROAS

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly GMV target across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada and build a monthly channel plan with weekly milestones
• Monitor daily GMV performance and intervene when targets are at risk
• Manage TikTok Shop product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign participation
• Oversee Shopee and Lazada operations including vouchers, ads, flash sales, and bundles
• Own the end-to-end affiliate program—recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Monitor ROAS daily and adjust targeting, creative, and budget allocation
• Own live selling schedule across TikTok Shop and other platforms
• Directly manage and develop the marketing and e-commerce team (5–8 people)
• Submit a weekly GMV and performance report to the Founder every Monday
