Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking an E-commerce Lead in the Philippines to own and scale the e-commerce business for a leading prestige beauty brand across Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora. You will drive campaigns, pricing strategy and promotions while managing the brand’s P&L and demand planning.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in beauty or premium lifestyle e-commerce, and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated data-driven approach to decision making in online retail environments.
• Experience managing e-commerce for beauty, premium lifestyle, or personal care brands is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of platform operations, campaign management, and performance optimization across marketplaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Proactive and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the e-commerce business for a leading prestige beauty brand across Lazada, Shopee and Zalora.
• Drive commercial performance including campaign execution, pricing strategy, and promotions.
• Manage P&L, budget, and demand planning to ensure growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, warehouse, data teams and platform reps to ensure operational excellence.
• Strategize and implement campaigns that align with brand positioning and maximize ROI.
• Analyze data, consumer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to internal and brand stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal assortment, pricing and promotional mechanics for high campaign impact.
• Continuously improve processes, tools and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.
