Job summary

Newcore Industries International Inc is seeking a seasoned leader to drive Business Development & Market Expansion in the hospitality and commercial sectors, including office fit-outs, ground-up developments, warehouses, and construction projects.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with developers, hotel owners, investors, operators, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders, and lead a sales team to meet targets while overseeing CRM and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
• At least 5 years in construction, real estate development, hospitality, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value construction, fit-out, or development projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand presence in hospitality and commercial sectors.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, and commercial fit-out projects.
• Build relationships with developers, hotel owners, investors, hospitality operators, architects, interior designers, consultants, and other decision-makers.
• Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for project acquisition.
• Lead and coach the Business Development and Sales team to drive performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Oversee CRM implementation and pipeline management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Establish strategic partnerships with hospitality operators, developers, consultants, and design firms.
• Represent NEWCORE at industry events to promote products and services.
• Build relationships with financial institutions and investment groups.
