Job summary

Newcore Industries International Inc. is seeking a Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and the overall condition of the building and its facilities.

You will ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained operations responsive to tenants, contractors, and service providers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities/Property Management, or Business Administration, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities/Property Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building or facilities management.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, safety procedures, and facility operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple operational concerns and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the building and facilities.
• Ensure building systems and common areas are maintained and operational.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with teams and service providers.
• Monitor safety, security, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers for quality delivery.
• Address tenant concerns and facility-related requests promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, service contracts, and expenses.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety procedures.
• Lead building personnel and ensure proper execution of duties.
• Recommend improvements to operations and services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
