Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support delivery and continuous improvement of client experience outcomes. You will work with the Clients & Growth team to embed client-centric practices, maintain feedback tools, and drive adoption of client experience programs.

You will collect and analyze feedback, provide actionable insights, coordinate engagement activities, and develop case studies that highlight successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience (minimum).
• 5 years of relevant experience within a professional services or corporate environment.
• Experience in client experience, customer success, marketing, business development or coordination role in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, analysis and reporting of client feedback.
• Promote adoption of the Global Client Feedback Tool across the business.
• Track performance against client feedback targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate client experience initiatives, including scheduling, materials, and insights.
• Develop client case studies and capture feedback success stories.
