Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a LinkedIn presence and/or running LinkedIn lead generation with real examples or results.
• Excellent written English for crafting comments and messages to a professional audience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools (Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach or similar).
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists.
• Solid understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and what drives reach in 2026.
• A proactive, ownership mindset—spots opportunities and acts on them.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content for a founder's profile.
• Engage daily with thoughtful, human comments to grow visibility.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run connection sequences.
• Identify warm leads and reach out with personalized messages.
• Track reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads; report results.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to content and outreach based on data.
• Maintain safe, on-brand outreach at all times.
