Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to own and grow a founder's LinkedIn presence and convert audience attention into qualified leads. The role requires hands-on experience with LinkedIn, a strong written English ability, and comfort with automation tools.

You will craft engagement strategies, manage content scheduling, and run targeted outreach sequences while analyzing performance data to optimize results. This is a fast-paced, ownership-driven position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a LinkedIn presence or running LinkedIn lead generation with real results.
• Excellent written English for professional outreach to an international audience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools (Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach) and related platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists.
• Solid understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and how reach is driven in 2026.
• Proactive ownership mindset; able to spot opportunities and act.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for professional outreach.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content for a founder's profile.
• Engage daily with thoughtful, human comments to grow visibility.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run connection and message sequences.
• Reach out to warm leads with personalized, non-spammy messages.
• Track performance across reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to content and outreach based on results.
• Keep outreach safe, personal, and on-brand.
