Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an executive leader to drive Sales & Revenue, branch network performance, market expansion, profitability, risk management, operations excellence, and organizational development across all branches.

You will translate strategy into concrete initiatives, enforce standards, develop high-performing teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and achieve organization-wide sales objectives by increasing UDI generation, strengthening conversion rates, and maximizing sales productivity across all branches and territories.
• Provide leadership and enforce accountability among SBU Heads by monitoring branch results, maintaining performance standards, and implementing corrective measures for areas that fall below expectations.
• Convert organizational strategies into concrete business initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance branch network effectiveness, and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
• Drive sustainable financial performance by maximizing revenue while maintaining prudent cost management and ensuring the efficient utilization of organizational resources.
• Support responsible business growth by maintaining appropriate credit standards, strengthening evaluation processes, and ensuring that lending decisions effectively manage portfolio and credit risks.
• Ensure uniform, efficient, and compliant branch operations by implementing standardized procedures, strengthening controls, and continuously monitoring operational performance.
• Cultivate a results-driven and accountable culture by strengthening leadership capabilities, developing high-performing teams, reinforcing organizational standards, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
