Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Hotel Guest Relations, Hotel Sales, Sales Operations or sales support.
• Verbal and written fluency in English is a must.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills and, where possible, exceeds customer expectations in converting enquiries to bookings for IHG-branded hotels.
• Cross-sell to another IHG-branded property if first-choice is unavailable.
• Ensure accurate and timely data capture in required sales systems.
• Develops and delivers relevant documentation to customers and hotels.
• Ensures timely follow-up and pursuit of business to maximise conversion.
• Communicates status and pertinent information of potential bookings to initiator and hotel.
