Job summary

Ihg, L.c. is seeking a Fulfillment Executive, Global Accounts in the Philippines to support IHG’s Sales Teams by handling leads via phone or email and coordinating with clients, hotels and stakeholders.

You will enter inquiries, follow up on proposals, drive strong response times, and help produce bids while maintaining knowledge of IHG brands, processes and policies, including Groups & Meetings support for Global Accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of tertiary education or equivalent.
• Graduate of a four-year course preferred.
• At least 1 year in hotel guest relations or hotel sales.
• Proficient in English; additional language as applicable.
• Basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and exceed customer expectations in converting inquiries to bookings.
• Identify client needs and locate suitable IHG properties.
• Gather specifications for bids and enter leads promptly.
• Follow up on proposals and ensure timely communication with clients.
• Drive conversion with stakeholders and hotels; cross-sell when needed.
• Document tasks and maintain knowledge of IHG brands and policies.
• Support Groups & Meetings for Global Accounts.
