• Handle billing administration and data uploads using systems.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation of member records and premiums.
• Investigate discrepancies in billing or member data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Technology to resolve issues.
• Meet productivity, quality and turnaround-time targets.
