Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the Philippines seeks a health and benefits renewal analyst to execute pre-placement, placement and post-placement activities for APAC onshore clients. You will process data, prepare renewal reports and coordinate RFPs with carriers, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

You will engage with carriers, clients and internal teams to resolve queries, review enrolment data for accuracy and support renewal deliverables. Training and continuous improvement are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-placement, placement and post-placement activities for the Asia Pacific onshore team.
• Prepare renewal-related activities, including data processing and pre-renewal reports.
• Prepare Quote Slips and distribute bid requests (RFP) to carriers/vendors.
• Collect, summarize and analyze proposal findings for clients.
• Support renewal deliverables and engage with carriers/vendors and clients.
• Manage queries from carriers/vendors/clients and escalate as needed.
• Follow up with clients on renewal documentation and census data.
• Coordinate with Data/Billing and Invoicing to validate enrollment data and invoices.
• Adhere to regulatory procedures in the originating country.
• Peer review teammates’ work prior to client delivery.
• Attend training and meetings to stay updated on trends and regulations.
• Comply with internal excellence and compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
