Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration and HR operations.
• Experience handling HMO enrollments, loan programs, car plans, fleet cards and mutual funds in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of government statutory payments (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Process HMO enrollment and coordinate with Finance.
• Process loan programs and monthly deductions reporting.
• Prepare PR/GRPO for car plan requests and monitor maintenance allowances.
• Enroll employees to fleet cards and process related reimbursements.
• Process Mutual Funds orders for employees and validate billing statements.
