Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across group units and report to the Owner.
• Oversee recruitment for onsite engineers, managers, labor, and corporate roles.
• Manage payroll and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Ensure DOLE compliance, handle grievances, due process, and safety.
• Implement KPIs, performance reviews, policies and staff development.
