The Group HR Manager leads full-spectrum HR operations across all group business units, reporting directly to the Owner. Requires a hands‑on leader to manage recruitment, compliance, payroll, and labor relations. Must have proven HR experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Partner with the Owner on manpower strategy and lead the group HR team.
• Recruitment: Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for construction site personnel (engineers, managers, labor) and corporate roles.
• Comp & Payroll: Oversee payroll, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and project allowances.
• Labor & Compliance: Ensure DOLE and Philippine Labor Law compliance; handle site grievances, due process, and safety standards.
• Performance: Implement KPIs, performance reviews, policies, and staff development

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Must have proven HR experience in the construction industry
• Work Setup: 100% Onsite in Makati City.
• Experience: 8+ years in HR, with 4+ years managing all HR functions.
• Reporting: Direct experience reporting to a Business Owner or CEO.
