D2B is hiring a Group Finance Operations Lead in the Philippines, overseeing bookkeeping, close, AP/AR, payroll coordination, weekly cash flow, and inventory planning across Australian entities.

The role is 0.8 FTE / 4 days per week, working with the owner and Australian accountants to ensure clean books, clear cash visibility, and disciplined operations. Expect hands-on ownership and deep financial controls.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years finance + ops experience for SMEs / owner-operated businesses.
• Deep, current Xero across multi-entity setups (including a trust).
• Strong Australian tax context — BAS, GST, super, STP, FBT.
• Demonstrated cashflow operator — managed weekly cashflow with granular detail; can point to.
• Google Sheets fluency — can extend an existing model, not just build from scratch.
• Inventory exposure — reorder points, EOQ, S&OP rhythm.
• Analytical and proactive — pushes insights without being asked.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the financial operations, reporting rhythm, cash visibility, and key operational controls across the family investment trust, Australian operating company, Australian health & wellness business with physical product/inventory (Unleashed ERP).
• Oversee the personal family budget — household cash flow, recurring payments, and simple reporting, handled with discretion.
• Collaborate with owner and external Australian accountant to keep books clean and cash visibility sharp.
