You will manage integrated campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A T-shaped thinker with deep client knowledge and broad awareness of creative, media, digital, and data disciplines.
• Confident communicator and facilitator, comfortable leading client meetings and presenting creative strategies.
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work.
• Curious, proactive, and always on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand agency support through strategic counsel and insight
• Set and track revenue goals per account, ensuring profitability and optimal resource allocation
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—briefing, creative development, production, and delivery—while maintaining high-quality standards
• Provide leadership to the account team, setting KPIs, offering feedback, and actively contributing to ideation and innovation
