Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Prior working experience in account management in an advertising or marketing agency or related company would be advantageous
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship service
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating online and offline projects from planning through on-time launch.
• Ensure timely and accurate (bug-free) delivery of projects to the client servicing team.
• Assist in creating briefs by conducting marketing/consumer research.
• Compile data from multiple sources to create reports.
• Assist analyst in collecting data from research tools.
• Liaise with clients to obtain assets and materials for projects.
• Contribute to project planning and scheduling documentation.
• Support creation of cost estimates and timelines.
• Help manage project schedules between client servicing and other departments.
• Keep the team focused on project objectives.
• Clarify functional requirements and project objectives with PMs.
• Assist in QA/testing plans for all projects.
• Follow up on Post Campaign/Project reporting and closure.
• Support Account Director to deliver innovative solutions to client briefs.
• Collaborate across Dentsu and networks to drive value for clients.
