• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects with discipline.
• Curious about trends, platforms, culture, and consumer shifts.
• Balance of detail‑orientation and big‑picture thinking.

Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock new opportunities by staying close to client realities and market movements.
• Lead pitch development: game-planning, crafting tailored agency creds, and driving solution development.
• Partner with Business Leaders to evaluate prospects, perform research, and guide strategic approaches.
• Map scopes and pricing accurately with discipline heads; ensure tight assumptions.
• Secure client approvals on proposals, agreements, and cost estimates before work begins.
• Manage forecasting for ongoing and new business revenue.
• Oversee accounts receivable for timely collection.
• Become the expert on assigned clients and brands—their culture, context, challenges, and audience.
