Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Prior working experience in account management in advertising or marketing agency would be advantageous
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship service
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating online and offline projects from planning through on-time launch.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects to the client servicing team.
• Assist in assembling creative briefs by conducting marketing/consumer research.
• Compile data from multiple sources to create reports.
• Liaise with clients to obtain assets and materials as needed for projects.
• Assist in creating project planning and scheduling documentation.
• Support creation of cost estimates and timelines.
• Help manage project schedules across teams.
• Maintain focus on project objectives and quality assurance.
• Support delivery of innovative and creative client briefs.
