Dentsu Creative in Makati is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support the Account Director, oversee the Account Executive, and foster strong client partnerships while driving digital advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects from planning to launch, ensuring timely delivery, and contributing to briefs and reports, with a focus on value, margin, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Prior working experience in account management in an advertising or marketing agency would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship service.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing and coordinating online and offline projects from planning through on-time launch.
• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of projects to the client servicing team.
• Assists in creating briefs by conducting marketing/consumer research.
• Compiles data from multiple sources to create reports.
• Liaises with clients to obtain assets and materials for projects.
• Supports project planning, scheduling, and cost estimates.
