Job summary

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) invites applications for the Project Development Officer II to monitor and coordinate all beneficiary data management processes under the Office of the Beneficiary Management and Delivery Systems in Quezon City.

Under supervision, the role oversees regional processes, provides technical assistance, analyzes field reports, ensures data quality, and contributes to policy formulation and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job is required.
• 4 hours of relevant training.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and coordinates registration, updating and data management with regional counterparts.
• Provides technical assistance to field offices on registration, updating, and data management.
• Consolidates and analyzes field reports on household registration and data management.
• Performs random data quality checks on registered household beneficiaries and updates.
• Recommends resolutions to issues related to registration and data management.
• Provides inputs on policies, guidelines and system enhancements for data management.
• Delivers timely reports on registration and data management with analysis and recommendations.
