Job summary

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Office in Quezon City is seeking a Project Development Officer II to assist the Office of the Program Services and Interventions in generating and validating the master list of active beneficiary families targeted for SWDI administration. This role ensures accurate planning, implementation, and monitoring across programs.

The position emphasizes data handling, system guidance to field staff, quality assurance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant field as required.
• 4 hours of relevant training.
• 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Operations Support Unit (OSU) in generating, extracting, and processing SWDI dataset runs essential for comprehensive report analysis, baseline validations, and policy preparation.
• Provides administrative and technical support to OSU staff in guiding field implementers on system-related matters, user support, system navigation, and operational database tools.
• Assists in conducting quality assurance, reconciliation, and data cleaning on generated SWDI datasets and related case management databases to ensure accuracy, integrity, and readiness for executive reporting and planning.
• Support program implementation compliance based on established 4Ps Bureau guidelines.
• Prepare official technical notes, feedback memoranda, and documentation required by program management.
• Assists prepares, consolidates, and submits periodic and accomplishment reports and other documentary requirements to the Division and Program Management.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Division Chief and the 4Ps Bureau level.
