You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are well-structured, risks are managed, and stakeholders are engaged throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in program or project management, proficiency with Jira/Coda/Smartsheet, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured program plans with tasks, timelines and resources.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate across teams to resolve them.
• Hold regular program meetings to monitor progress and drive decisions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for transparency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align objectives.
• Monitor risks and develop contingency plans.
• Support continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
• Build expertise quickly in specialization areas related to each program.
