Thumbtack is seeking a Project Manager to join the Service Operations PMO, coordinating programs that elevate service delivery and operational efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams to structure programs, manage risks, and keep stakeholders engaged through the lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in program or project management within a fast-paced tech environment, with knowledge of Jira, Coda, and Smartsheet, plus Agile/Waterfall methods. Graveyard shifts may be needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within service operations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Coda, Smartsheet; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage risks in a high-growth tech environment.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to work the graveyard shift.
