Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit Project Coordination from setup through completion, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Follow up with auditors and QC reviewers on engagement statuses and tasks.
• Monitor client communication and ensure regular updates from auditors.
• Identify delays and escalate issues to appropriate team members.
• Maintain engagement statuses and records in Canopy.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and administrative activities for audit engagements.
• Retrieve and organize audit-related documents from recordkeepers and payroll providers.
• Assist with drafting engagement letters and updating client information.
