UNIQUEX CONSULTING CORP is seeking a capable government liaison professional to handle registrations, visa processing, and regulatory compliance for multiple client accounts. You will conduct field visits to city halls, BIR, SEC, and immigration offices, preparing documents and tracking deadlines with accuracy.
The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across Metro Manila.
Represent client companies in all phases of SEC registration, BIR registration and LGU permitting (barangay clearance, mayor's permit, etc.). Process visa and work permit applications (9G, 9A, AEP, etc.) with the Bureau of Immigration for foreign nationals employed by our clients. Handle renewals, amendments, and compliance updates for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Conduct daily field work – visit city halls, BIR offices, SEC, Immigration, and other agencies
Prepare and organize documentary requirements, track deadlines, and maintain accurate client records using MS Word and Excel
Communicate progress and issues to internal account managers and clients in a timely manner
Resolve on-the-spot procedural challenges with flexibility and diplomatic skills
At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in government liaison, business registration, or immigration processing – ideally within a consulting, accounting, or law firm environment
Sound knowledge of SEC, BIR, LGU, and Immigration procedures and documentary requirements
Outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills – able to represent clients professionally and build positive relationships with government officers
Flexible and street‑smart – can adapt to changing regulations and find practical solutions under time pressure
Proficient in MS Word and Excel (spreadsheets, reports, letter drafting, deadline trackers)
Must own a motorcycle with a valid driver's license – daily fieldwork is essential
Willing to travel extensively within Metro Manila and surrounding areas
Prior experience with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) product licensing
Familiarity with IPO (Intellectual Property Office) trademark filing and registration
Exposure to processing multiple client cases and managing different deadlines
