Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course; preferably Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Management, or related fields.
- At least two (2) years of experience in corporate compliance, business licensing, visa processing, government registrations, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements and processes of government agencies, including the SEC, BIR, DTI, LGUs, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, Bureau of Immigration, PCAB and similar agencies.
- Experience in handling complex business registrations, amendments, renewals, closures, and visa applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project monitoring systems.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key Roles:
- Handle and manage complex compliance engagements, including registrations, renewals, amendments, closures, visa applications, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and validate applications, supporting documents, government forms, and correspondence to ensure completeness and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for assigned clients and provide updates regarding project status, documentary requirements, timelines, and regulatory developments.
- Monitor the progress of applications and proactively resolve issues, deficiencies, and regulatory concerns that may affect processing timelines.
- Assist in researching and interpreting regulations, circulars, and agency issuances relevant to client engagements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that all applications, renewals, deadlines, and expirations are properly monitored and updated in the Project Monitoring System.
- Provide guidance and technical support to Compliance Specialists, Liaison Officers, and other team members regarding documentation requirements and government procedures.
- Assist Management in developing process improvements, templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Perform other compliance-related duties and special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
