RSJ Experts Cap Consultancy in Metro Manila is seeking a Liaison Officer to handle business registrations, closures, and tax filings with government agencies. You will process registrations with SEC, DTI, BIR, and LGUs to ensure compliance.

The role requires travel to government offices, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple offices. Willingness to be coached and to manage regulatory tasks with integrity is essential.

• Process business registration and closure with government agencies such as SEC, DTI, BIR, and LGUs.

• Ensure timely renewal of business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.

• Keep track of all official documents and maintain proper filing and records.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to government compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process business registration and closure with government agencies such as SEC, DTI, BIR, and LGUs.
• Conduct tax filings and compliance tasks, including submission of reports and payments to BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG and other government agencies.
• Ensure timely renewal of business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with various government offices and represent the company in official transactions.
• Keep track of all official documents and maintain proper filing and records.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to government compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of experience in business registration, compliance, or tax filing.
• Familiarity with government regulatory processes and requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to travel and visit government offices regularly.
• Willing to be coached/mentored.
• Good moral character.
• Preferably with own motorcycle and a valid government ID. (Will provide gas allowance.)
