Responsibilities

Educational Background: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance-related courses, or Legal Management.
Experience: With at least two (2) years of experience in compliance or related roles within a corporate or financial environment.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements from:

Other government agencies relevant to company operations

Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely preparation and submission of all regulatory filings and corporate documents to SEC, BIR, and other government agencies.
