Job summary

Beyond is seeking a senior technical advisor to drive Google Workspace and Gemini deployments, lead pre-sales activities, and guide customers through complex data migrations and security considerations. You will present, configure environments, and collaborate with change management to maximize business value.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, trusted advisory, and ongoing enablement through workshops and documentation, with a hybrid work model in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Deploy and administer Google Workspace environments with strong security and lifecycle management.
• Strong Gemini deployment knowledge and data security considerations.
• Experience translating technical concepts into business solutions during pre-sales.
• Proven data migration planning and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for SoWs and client presentations.
• Google Workspace Administrator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and draft proposals and SoWs.
• Deliver presentations and live demos of Google Digital Workplace solutions, Gemini focus.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs articulating differentiators and technical value proposition.
• Configure customer environments across Workspace ecosystem (Workspace, Cloud Identity, Chrome Enterprise, Gemini).
• Lead Gemini deployment with licensing, security guardrails.
• Manage data migrations to Google Workspace with minimal disruption.
• Provide workflow automation using Apps Script and AppSheet when required.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide 3rd line support.
• Collaborate with Change Management consultants on adoption and risk mitigation.
• Create thought leadership and internal documentation to support knowledge sharing.
